I was tasked with coming up for a look for the newly refit Federation HQ - this would be an extended and slightly more advanced version of the station that first appeared in Season 3 - designed by my friend and mentor Ryan Dening. I tried my best to stay true to his really elegant design language and add elements that felt like a progression of that look without covering up the original design...although maybe there isn't much room for floorspace inside those new arches haha. And as always with Discovery there was a request for lots of detached floating sections!
